If you wish to contact Rachel, the best way is to send a letter to her agency. Please try and keep your letter(s) respectful, short and simple. You will also need to include a self addressed envelope (SAE) and a postal coupon (to pay for the postage.)
Unfortunately, I don’t know if Rachel sends back autographs or responds to any mail personally, but it’s definitely worth a try! Please let me know if you receive anything back so I can let other fans know that it is worth sending a letter.
