Adoring Rachel Bilson came about after both Angie and Mikaela realised that although there were several Rachel Bilson fan sites on the web, they weren’t being updated frequently, and thus decided to make their own resource as they felt that they could offer something new.

Originally the brainchild of Mikaela, Angie took the site over in late May 2008 after a month of no updates. The site was subsequently re-launched on June 4, 2008 with a brand new layout/theme, updated pages/content and some new ones thrown in too. Mikaela stayed on as a co-web — as she still loved Rachel — thus only updating when able to, due to the busy-ness (and popularity) of her other sites.

In August of the same year, Jess was invited to join the staff as Angie knew how much she adored Rachel and felt that she could bring something new to the table, as the expression goes — as well as more frequent updates — considering how everyone is busy to some degree with real life and other sites.

Later that year in October, the site was transferred to a new host, and so changed domain names in the process — from r-bilson.com to adoringrachelbilson.org — but not to worry, the site isn’t going anywhere.

We all fell in love with Ms. Bilson after watching The O.C. (2003-2007). And although Rachel doesn’t have a great deal of projects on her resume, we both feel that she is a talent to be reckoned with, and Jumper will only prove that. Hopefully, it will also introduce Ms. Bilson to more fans and display her talent to lead in a big-budget-big-screen-film.

Finally, we look forward to whatever the future brings — and we shall be there every step of the way! — helping to keep the fans informed & updated on our favourite pint sized actress. Thank you for visiting!
